Our first "official" camping trip together as
a married couple. Steve's already been with us
twice before, so he's used to the tradition!

We were really lucky and got to go to Refugio twice this summer! Once in July, and then in August. All of my siblings were there for at least part of the week, and my cousins came out from Florida. The weather was great and the water was pretty warm -- we had fun in the kayak, out on the rafts, and hanging around the fire, of course. Anyone that knows Steve knows he enjoys fire :)

Sounded like you guys had fun. I'm so jealous. I can't wait to go back some day. I love Refugio. You are so good at taking that picture of the cliff, you take it at just the right time of night with the sunset and everything. It must have been nice to have your whole family there.
ooohhh! I'm so happy that you got to enjoy the wonderful tradition, I just wish we could all enjoy it together again some time! Maybe next year. great pictures and its funny cuz i vaguely remember a couple of years ago Steve being a Pyro!
Kwan and I and the girls are for sure coming next year. I love the pictures. Refugio is a great place but what really makes it the best is the tradition and memories of past trips that we all have and share. So hopefully we'll see everyone next year?!

Looks like soo much fun, I miss Refugio. So hopefully we can all go next year at the same time. Next time I am up in the CC we need to hang out. Congrats in your new home project!
What a fun trip! I know Jeremy is really missing that tradition. We will have to make more of an effort to go next year too!
