Steve's parents took us to Yosemite this week
and it was SO BEAUTIFUL! This was my
first time going, so it was all so amazing to me.
I am so grateful for this wonderful gift of a
world in which we live.
Don't ask what fall -- they all looked the
same to me! (but in a really cool, unique way)
We stayed at the Wawona Hotel -- really old-
fashioned and in a beautiful little meadow. I
loved it, but Steve was really bummed-- no
TV in the rooms!

Yea!!! So fun to hear from you Jackie. We are going to Yosemite in 2 weeks, it will also be our first time, and we can't wait.
That looks like fun. I have never been there either. It looks so beautiful.
What fun! The hotel in the meadow looks like something you'd see out here in Ohio. No TVs?! Heaven forbid he spend some time with cute new wife!! :) Guys...gotta love 'em!

I've been trying to get the Thompsons to Yosemite for decades. They're stubborn.
hahaha... no tv! no problem, plenty to do and see in Yosemite!
